Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds may apply to website creation and digital services provided by BUBS & BIBS LLC.

1. Digital Service Policy

BUBS & BIBS LLC provides website creation and digital services. Because our services involve custom work, project planning, design, setup, and time-based work, refunds are reviewed based on the stage and scope of the project.

2. Deposits

Deposits or upfront payments may be required before work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable once project planning, design work, setup, communication, or development has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

• The project has not started
• No design, development, setup, planning, or consultation work has been performed
• The request is made within a reasonable period after payment
• The refund request is approved by BUBS & BIBS LLC after review

4. Non-Refundable Work

Refunds may not be available for:

• Completed website work
• Approved designs or delivered pages
• Custom Shopify setup or configuration
• Landing pages or website sections already created
• Consultation, planning, research, or project setup time
• Third-party costs such as apps, themes, domains, hosting, or platform fees

5. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, BUBS & BIBS LLC may retain payment for work already completed, time spent, and resources used. Any partial refund, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case.

6. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a delivered part of the project, we may provide reasonable revisions according to the project agreement. Revisions are intended to address agreed project requirements, not completely new scope or unrelated changes.

7. Third-Party Fees

Payments made to third-party services, including Shopify, apps, themes, domain providers, hosting providers, or payment processors, are not controlled by BUBS & BIBS LLC and are not refundable through us.

8. How to Request a Refund
